Kanzi Takayama

Senior Vice President

Kanzi Takayama is Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC. His focus is to develop business opportunities with international companies in the Mid-South region.

Previously, Kanzi initiated the master plan to establish the U.S. headquarters for a Japanese trading company. With substantial tax savings, Kanzi also helped to implement new marketing initiatives to lead teams in the creation of new U.S. markets for foreign products. He implemented logistic and economic solutions for international commerce by overseeing development of U.S. exports to Japan, China, Poland, and Malaysia.

With Goh Shoji Co., Inc., he was the liaison between the Japanese management and the American attorneys, bankers and all levels of government officials. With a responsibility of over $50 million operations, he facilitated over $100 million in annual sales in two years.

As former President and CEO of a multi-national import/export company, Kanzi developed new business that totaled $12 million and expanded business to $6 million in USA and Mexico. Kanzi maintains relationships as an advisor to formulate the success of global logistics, warehousing, and service companies.
